Reference: Abu Daawood see: Saheeh al-Jaami' #4591;
Ibn as-Sunnee #88, and al-Albaanee declared it Hasan (an acceptable Hadeeth although it does not reach the level of authenticity of a Saheeh Hadeeth. It is still considered an authority in Islaamic Law.);

Saheeh Muslim 1/494;
